Q1. Are you a factory or trading co.,?
We are manufacturer, we have more than 200 workers totally .we have professional design and marketing team,our brand is famous of Jewelry Box in China.
Q2. What's your payment term?
T/T, L/C, Western Union, Paypal The normal payment term is full payment before production.
Q3. Could you make OEM/ODM design?
We are specialized in OEM/OEM design which include the customized logo, leather texture, color and even design according to the customer's requests.
Q4. About Sample?
If stocked items, samples can be shipped out in priority. If out of stock, the sample will be produced according to customers’ design and requirements. Sample charge will be refunded if the mass order order reaches our MOQ.
Q5. About shipping?
By sea, by air, by express(DHL, FedEx IE, UPS Expedited, EMS, TNT etc.).
Transportation port: Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hongkong.
Q6. About MOQ?
MOQ depends on material and design. because the product in stock,normally min MOQ is 5pcs, Please consult our stuffs for details.
Q7. How do you guarantee the product's quality?
Before production, the pre-production samples will be made for checking details with customers.during the production and packing, there will be professional QC to inspect the products to ensure the products in good quality and correct details.
Q8. Are you able to offer Drop Shipping Service?
Yes, We are offering Drop Shipping Service for some of our clients without any information about our company.
Q9. I don’t have much time to take photos for my web shop, can you offer photos for me to post online after order?
Yes, Our colleague will take new photos for you before shipping .
